COACHING FIELDWORK and MENTOR SUPPORT
The DC coaching fieldwork requirement of 24 hours provides the opportunity to apply what you are learning with clients over time. The fieldwork component of your training begins after the Deep Coaching Fundamentals course is completed, and culminates with case study materials that are submitted to faculty for final approval.
As part of this experience, you will meet for two hours monthly in small groups with a faculty mentor. You will discuss your experiences, questions and insights, give and receive feedback, gain clarity and continue growing and refining your awareness and skills in this small group environment.
