Bio

Kate has been a psychotherapist for over 20 years and trained with the Deep Coaching Institute in 2014. She in founder of the Big Soul Work Project and Spiritual Rebellion.

The Big Soul Work Project offers a variety of events and one-to-one work to curious and hopeful folk, interested in exploring their unique personal potential and the nature and depth of the human soul.

Spiritual Rebellion is a passionate rallying call to turn towards inner work as a powerful personal response to the political and climate crisis. It is an invitation to rise up with love against our internal oppressors and learn to more fully embody our deeper human qualities… for our own growth, for the sake of the wider human community and our precious planet.

Kate believes passionately in our capacity to shift the balance of power from Inner Critic to a more authentic Inner Authority. We do this by practising gentle kindness, whilst also working with the unhelpful patterns that hold us back from finding greater freedom, joy and ease in the everydayness of things.

Kate brings warmth, gentle humour, a wealth of experience and an open heart to her work.
