PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Join Belinda Gore for this new teaching on how to use the Instincts in coaching – now offered in a live virtual format.

This course is designed to teach coaches how to guide their clients in accessing and balancing the three Instincts highlighted in Enneagram theory. During the five 90-minute sessions, you will have an opportunity to explore the varied expressions of Self-Preservation (Preserving), Sexual (Transmitting), and Social (Navigating) Instincts. Using elegantly designed experiential learning, you will have a direct experience of each Instinct as well as build tools for recognizing and trusting their embodiment.

This teaching is a powerful and brilliant interweaving of how Instincts arise developmentally and how we can integrate the Instincts in personal and practical ways. As coaches, we are in service to the unfolding of our clients’ individual and unique expression of the higher levels of their Enneagram types. When our clients learn to allow and accept the body-based energies of Instincts, their power naturally moves them in the direction of growth.

Through this live virtual course you will:

• Recognize each of the three Instincts and how they operate in yourself and your clients.
• Develop tools for working with your clients to allow and integrate the instinctual drives for a balanced, fulfilled life.
• Harness the power of the Instincts for the work of transformative growth.

No prior experience with the Enneagram is required.
